S+

The best of the best. A kit with the S+ rank has characteristics of an S ranked kit and somehow goes beyond, whether the kit was a positive life-changing experience or an experience that’s never gonna be as good next time.

Equivalent to ≥98/100

S

The best of the best. A kit with the S rank is exceptional, whether that is amazing build quality, engineering, aesthetics, accessories, ease of posability, or ease of painting. The kit may not be perfect, but the other aspects of the kit far outweigh whatever cons it may have. Love is in the air without any rage.

Equivalent to ≥90/100

A

A kit with the A rank is close to perfection, whether that the kit is great in many aspects but does not excel at anything, or is amazing at everything besides one fatal flaw. It could even have one exceptional aspect going for it with everything else falling flat.

Equivalent to ≥80/100

B

A kit with the B rank is a good, but not great experience. Multiple highs and lows likely clash with each other, or it could just be a ‘whelming’ kit where there is nothing exceptional about the kit, but nothing about it is terribly bad either.

Equivalent to ≥70/100

C

A kit with the C rank means it is below average. There are likely to be good things about the kit, but they are probably outweighed by its cons or the overall experience just being underwhelming.

Equivalent to ≥60/100

D

Any kit in the D rank is likely a miserable experience. Whatever good about the kit is outweighed by the kit’s several massive problems it has that makes me regret of ever dealing with the kit in the first place. Luckily, these kits are very rare, but they are the bottom of the barrel. If an F rank existed, they would probably be so bad I probably disintegrated it so that I never laid my eyes on it again.

Equivalent to <60/100
